Our annual Kite Festival (Potluck) is on June 27th, Sunday, from 5 p.m. at River View Picnic Area in Woodward Park (on the north side, near the river area). We plan to give special prizes to five kids who are able to get their kites first in air. Also, the kite prizes (see below) will be awarded by 6:30 p.m.

This year we are going to have special prizes for best kitemanship, highest
kite, longest kite, etc.

Also, we will have our regular games (volley ball, piñata, and especially,
tug-of-war, among others). Last year's tug-of-war champion was the girls
team. Let us see if they can defend their championship title this year.

As you know, it is a potluck event and each family should bring a main dish
or dessert.
